Good point about exercising and being more active on the weekend. I doubt there are many people who aren&#039;t more active on weekends, whether they&#039;re cleaning house, working on the yard or taking a 50-mile bike ride. I don&#039;t think the professor was chastising; It came across as an observation, one that might make some people think more about their eating habits on the weekend. Still, it would have been helpful to put that figure in the context of a more active weekend.]]></description>

What about those who exercise more or only on the weekends?  Do they perhaps need extra energy?
