Monday — never an easy time for the outdoors enthusiast. After a weekend of adventure, returning to the humdrum work-a-day world can make one melancholy. One of the joys of an after work workout is getting to take in the sunset. At Lake Crabtree County Park in Morrisville, that’s an especially nice treat, especially in the fall, when you can do your thing for an hour and a half, watch the sunset and still be home in time for “The Big Bang Theory” reruns.
