					<description><![CDATA[Great job Joe!  You are right about 5Ks being much difficult than longer races.  In a 10k you have time to slowly get your body in the groove. The other side of that? I have run more 5Ks than any other race. I am used to knowing that I had to start out fast. I ran my first 10 mile race on Saturday and started out way too fast. Mentally it is difficult to shift gears. I hope to see you outside soon!]]></description>
