The same goes for restaurants--I think folks would be amazed to see the variation in fat and calorie counts on some of their favorite lunch and dinner items. And sometimes what would seem most healthy is the worst, and vice versa! It&#039;s worth checking the restaurants&#039; Web sites--even some of our small local chains have nutritional info posted. High fat sandwich spreads can lay it on too--I always ask them to put it on lightly or not at all.]]></description>
