					<description><![CDATA[I can relate and second the 30 mins. or more daily exercise. One night I was tossing and waking up too many times. Then it hit me, I didn&#039;t do my 30 minutes of something which is a rotation of swimming,eliptical,walking and strength training. Variety eases boredom and leads to more fitness.

For me it is easier to think at least 30 everyday and more if I can, then the routine is set and its harder to find excuses.

4 minutes a day! Just what the obese American needs Exercise for Dummies mantra. Lets dumb it down for those who can&#039;t find 30 mins. for health.]]></description>
