A couple of clarifications:
-It’s Bogota, COLOMBIA
-Ciclovia was NOT started by Enrique Penalosa. Penalosa can be credited for expanding the programming around it, but Hernando Duran Dussan initiated ciclovias in Bogota in the 1980s.
