					<description><![CDATA[Spring of 2009,I participated with this group by helping clear trails along the Blue Ridge Parkway and had a wonderful two night stay at Prices Lake with a dedicated and friendly group of volunteers. There had been much winter storm damage that year and the trails were covered with debris.  It is indeed a great workout and valuable contribution to the trail.]]></description>

The map shows another gap there - looks like Soco Gap to the edge of the Smokies, maybe 10 or 15 miles. Looks like there is an Asheville-based group working on it.
