It&#039;s paved on the other side of the bridge down to Capital Boulevard, where there&#039;s another construction interruption. The pavement resumes on the other side of Capital for 3.1 miles down to the WRAL/CASL Soccer Complex, where the next phase of construction will begin.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[The northern end of the trail is open for approximately 2.5 miles to an unfinished bridge.  Not sure what it looks like on the other side of that bridge.  Paved from old Neuse River bridge to this unfinished bridge.  I would imagine that it will be paved the whole way.  Anyone know of a more up to date blog on the progress of this part of the greenway/trail?]]></description>
