Description
Welcome to the third of three 2022 Summer on the MST Weekend Escapes, 20 miles of hiking on the Mountains-to-Sea Trail from the Linn Cove Visitor Center east to Moses Cone Park. Basecamp for the weekend: Julian Price Lake Campground on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Friday evening
Where: Price Lake loop
Distance: 3 miles
Difficulty: Easy
Saturday
Where: on the MST (which doubles here as the Tanawha Trail) from Linn Cove Visitor Center east to the campground.
Distance: 10.6 miles
Difficulty: Moderately strenuous
Sunday
Where: Price Lake to Moses Cone Park
Distance: 7 miles
Difficulty: Moderate
