Elite Colorado ultra runner Diane Van Deren enters day 22 of her MST Endurance Run, an attempt to set a new record for trekking the Mountains-to-Sea Trail in less than 24 days. I’m on the Outer Banks covering her remaining 63 miles, and will be filing periodic reports throughout the day on the MST Endurance Run blog, which you can find here.

I loved the updates! Not sure if you wrote them all? Will she be coming to Raleigh Saturday night?
I believe there was one post I didn’t write, maybe two. And, alas, I didn’t get your comment until Monday morning. There was a victory celebration at GOPC in Cameron Village Saturday evening. I will let you know when Diane returns.
Joe,
It was nice meeting you during the final stretch of Diane’s run. It was a privilege to be a part of it. Hope to see you around Raleigh.
Great meeting you as well, Christian, and to hear about your upcoming ride across the country to benefit diabetes. Feel free to share the address of your Facebook site. I’ll be in touch for more information about the ride.
